Visit Swindon's Special Place

 

Visit Swindon Lagoons with Wiltshire Wildlife volunteer wardens Simon Wicks & Gordon Shaw on Saturday 22 September at 10am.

These hidden gems are close to Thames Water's works at Barnfield, and are not normally open to the public.

A large variety of wildlife that you wouldn't have the chance to see inhabit the area, so this is a perfect day out for nature enthusiasts.

 

Tour groups meet at the access gate off the River Ray Pathway cycle path opposite Shaw Forest Park.
